3.1 7-Day Un-deployed Inspection Window

If an un-deployed pair of safety boots, ballistic sunglasses, or tactical utility protective components arrives with a verified manufacturing defect (such as cracked leather seams, loose outsole bonding, uneven steel-toe alignment, or pre-scratched lens surfaces), displays transit damage, or deviates from your ordered dimension matrices, you may request a fresh exchange or credit replacement within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a protective hardware verification claim, the items must be entirely unused, uninstalled, completely free of site mud, scuffs, tread dirt tracks, or facial sweat marks, and stored inside their original pristine retail packaging with all factory user documentation, interior packing cells, and safety engineering labels entirely untampered.

3.2 Biological Hygiene & Job-Site Exclusions

To maintain absolute sanitary security, biological cleanliness, and pristine structural safety across our distribution network, any boot chassis, internal safety insole, direct skin-contact nose pad, or tactical ear stem shroud that has been unsealed from its protective internal factory wraps, walked through an active industrial or construction site, or worn during high-exertion fieldwork cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances. Furthermore, custom bulk corporate team branding modifications or high-volume wholesale business fleet configurations are strictly excluded from standard returns.

3.3 Quality Verification & Financial Replenishment

Once your safety cargo or logistics shipment is safely received back at our central technical distribution hub, it undergoes a rigorous diagnostic sole-flexion test, compression-line alignment audit, and a strict sterile optical scan to confirm its original physical condition. Approved claims are processed as immediate store wallet credits or direct financial replacements within 7–10 business days. Return logistics and secure courier arrangements for verified warehouse errors or shipment discrepancies will be fully managed and covered by Guardwears.
